Jewel is the creator behind Green Jeans Cakes. She was born and raised in New York and has been working as a pastry Chef in New York City for over 10 years. She can make all your sweet dreams come true. Her specialties include sugar work and cake design.

She first made her television debut in 2015 on Food Networks Halloween Wars. She is now a 4 time competitor on multiple shows. She was part of the winning team on the first season of Candyland in 2020. Most Recently Jewel was selected as one of the judges for Buddy Vs Duff, representing NJ.

Her work has been showcased on the Satin Ice website since 2019 and she won second place in the Komeeda Chef Showdown VII - Mission Soul Food 2018.

Jewel's work is featured in the 2021 September/October issue of American Cake Decorating Magazine, icluding a tutorial of how to make one of her sculpted cakes!

 

She has taught children and adults in the art of cooking, baking and cake making in schools and at home.
